The data collection is a card with a checklist: questionnaire, pretest, going live, 150 responses. On the board the status appears as a figure such as 2/4. FU Berlin recommends exactly that: concrete work steps that can be ticked off increase motivation in large writing projects.
The timeline shows every task as a bar, and the lines show the sequence: first the survey, then the analysis, then the results chapter. If a task begins before what it is waiting for is finished, the line turns red. If something shifts, you drag the bar to the new date.

Without a university email address and with more than five people or three boards, Premium starts at €4.95 per person and month, billed yearly, including VAT.
Students and members of German universities. The address of your account is checked against a list of German universities, so create the account with your university email address. You check the status in your profile. It is valid for twelve months and can then be renewed with one click.
Yes, if everyone in the team has confirmed their Campus status. If it expires for one person, the free plan applies again. Guests such as your supervisor are not counted. A group of up to five people can also use the free plan, with three boards and 500 MB of storage.
Your boards are kept. When Campus runs out, the limits of the free plan apply to anything new, and what already exists stays as it is. The address of an account cannot be changed at present: if your university email address ends, notifications and password resets no longer reach you there.
Yes, as a free guest with their own account. Whether teaching staff may use an external service for their work is for each university to decide. You receive the data processing agreement (DPA) under Article 28 GDPR on request.
No, Kanbalino is not a word processor. You keep writing the text in your document, and the card holds the task, the date, what was agreed and the files that go with it.
