You invite customers, clients, suppliers and helpers as guests. They never count as a paid seat, in any plan.
Most tools charge per head. Anyone who wants to involve the customer pays for them as well. So the customer stays outside, and coordination runs by email again.
Kanbalino has a separate role for external people. Guests see only the boards they have been invited to, read along there and comment. Whether they may also attach files and tick off checklists is up to you for each board. If someone should have a say on just one task, you share exactly that card instead of the whole board.
Nothing, in any plan and in unlimited numbers. Guests never count as a paid seat.
Yes, a free one. They sign in with the address you sent the invitation to, and after that see only what you have shared.
A guest has a free account, sees the card or board you invite them to, and comments there. A stakeholder has no account and no access: you add them to the card as a contact with their role in the project, and if you wish they receive copies of new emails and comments. In both cases, internal notes never go to outsiders. Stakeholders need the free Contacts add-on.
Read and comment. Whether they may also attach files and tick off checklists is something you set for each board. They cannot create, move or delete cards, and nothing can be assigned to them.
Yes. You share the card instead of the board. The guest then sees the description, checklist, files and the comments for everyone, but no other cards and no member list.
