You switch on individual feature areas for each workspace. Sales is included in the free plan and with Campus and is charged extra with Premium; the contacts and the time budget never cost anything. Tickets / requests is available only with Premium, at no extra charge there. The shop connection is charged per shop in every plan. You book the AI as a package per workspace. Also here: more storage, in case the 20 GB of Premium are not enough.

All amounts include VAT. When you switch to Premium, you select the add-on along with it in the order process. If you book it later, while a paid term is already running, we charge only the rest of that term. If you switch it off, it no longer applies from the next invoice onwards; your data is kept.
The price of the storage package applies per workspace and not per seat: storage grows with the files and not with the number of employees. If you book in the middle of a paid term, we charge only the rest of it. If you release a package again, it no longer applies from the next invoice onwards.
The AI also applies per workspace and not per seat. A request is one call: a summary or a draft. An admin chooses between the levels “Standard” and “More thorough” for the workspace. “More thorough” delivers more thorough results; there, one call counts 2.5 times. For this purpose, the contents of the card for which a member calls the AI go to Anthropic Ireland, Limited and thus to the USA: title, status, description, checklist, comments and messages, including names in them. If a member has a text of their own revised, only this text goes out. Under its terms and conditions, Anthropic does not use the contents for training and, by its own account, deletes them within 30 days; it keeps them longer only if it is examining a breach of its usage policies or the law requires it. An admin confirms this before switching on the add-on.

Gross. The €4.95 or €7.50 per seat and month already include VAT, and nothing more is added. For your bookkeeping: that corresponds to €4.16 net with yearly payment and €6.30 net with monthly payment; the invoice shows both separately.

In the free plan it is 500 MB per workspace, with Premium 20 GB. If that is not enough, you book additional storage packages of 100 GB each for €11 a month or €130 a year, as many as you need. From 80% usage we get in touch of our own accord, so that the limit does not come as a surprise. If the storage is full, everything that exists is kept; it is just that no new files can be uploaded any more.

No. The free plan needs no means of payment. You pay for Premium by card or by SEPA direct debit. Payment by invoice is possible on request.
None is needed. The free plan does not expire, and you can work with it permanently.
Premium continues until the end of the paid period, after which the free plan applies again. All boards, cards and files are kept.
On our own server in Germany, in a data centre in Nuremberg. Backups are stored encrypted in the EU. One exception is the AI add-on: if it is switched on, the contents of the card for which a member calls the AI go to Anthropic in the USA. Details are on the page Security and data protection.
The free plan does not expire, so you can take your time trying it out. No credit card and no trial period that runs out.
